Associate — Children and Young People
We are looking for an experienced practitioner to join us as an Associate working alongside our product and engineering teams. You will bring deep knowledge of children's services, early help, or youth work — and the ability to translate that expertise into clear product requirements and sharp insight during client engagements. You are comfortable in a fast-moving tech environment and genuinely interested in how intelligent software can support the people doing this work.
Associate — Dementia Friendly Venues
We are looking for an Associate with expertise in dementia care and inclusive design to work with us on our dementia friendly venue accreditation programme and related digital tools. You will bring the practice knowledge that helps us build better software — contributing to product design, client engagements, and the development of our frameworks and platforms. Experience in assessment, training, or occupational therapy is ideal.
Associate — Digital Skills and Employability
We are looking for an Associate with expertise in digital skills and employment support to contribute to the design and development of our digital skills and employability tools. You understand the barriers to digital participation and economic opportunity, and you can translate that knowledge into product insight and evidence-based thinking. You are as comfortable in a product design session as you are working directly with commissioners and service providers.
Product Manager — Hoop'd
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for Hoop'd, our intelligent platform for connecting people and places. You will set priorities, work closely with users and clients to turn insight into well-specified requirements, and keep our design and engineering teams focused and moving. You have shipped software before, you understand the trade-offs of a growing product, and you know how to balance new features with quality and technical health.
Junior Designer
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our design team — someone with strong foundations in visual or interaction design, fluency in Figma, and genuine curiosity about complex, real-world problems. You will work alongside senior designers across our full range of work: product interfaces, service design, and brand. You are detail-oriented, collaborative, open to feedback, and ready to learn by doing on meaningful projects.
